There's this one level with moving platforms that still haunts my dreams. Took me maybe thirty attempts before I finally conquered it.

The whole thing's got this polished look that doesn't feel cheap or rushed. Colors pop nicely, and the 3D effects actually add to the gameplay instead of just being flashy nonsense. Plus, there's something oddly satisfying about finally nailing a section that's been destroying you for the past hour.
